1. Delivery Area

We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses throughout the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but global delivery options are under consideration for future updates.

Our shipping policy applies to all items available on loccimoda.com. Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

3. Where We Deliver

All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or collection points.

4. Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day.
Orders received after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Processing Time

Once your order is received, we typically require 1 to 2 business days to confirm, inspect, and package it before shipping.

6. Shipping Duration

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During peak shopping periods, there may be slight delays.
Estimated total delivery time: 6 to 9 business days.

7. Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There are no additional charges for handling or packaging.

8. Updating Delivery Details

Need to change your delivery address?
Contact us immediately at info@loccimoda.com.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping details. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

9. Failed or Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect it, we may deduct the return shipping cost and any re-delivery fees from your refund.

10. Customs and Import Duties

As we currently ship only within the UK, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.
